Wild Knowing ~

Field-based Immersions

Wild Knowing

Field-based Sacred Nature Connection

Some knowledge lives only in the body. It cannot be read, listened to, or arrived at through reflection alone. It requires going outside ~ into weather, into season, into direct contact with the living world ~ and staying long enough to let the more-than-human world teach you something you didn’t know you needed to learn.

In-Person ~ Field-based only
Colorado ~ Boulder · Golden · Nederland
Format ~ Single sessions and seasonal series

Groups ~ Public, Private & institutional available

Wild Knowing is an immersive, field-based program built around direct engagement and connection with the more-than-human world. Participants are guided into a sustained, attentive relationship with the living landscape, learning to read seasonal patterns, track the intelligence of place, and develop the perceptual and spiritual skills that make genuine reciprocity possible.

Movement, stillness, observation, and ritual weave together across each session. The work draws from sacred and relational ecology, nature connection practice, interspecies communication, and nearly 30 years of Deb’s professional field experience. This is not a nature walk with information added. It is a structured practice of presence, one that changes how participants move through the world long after the session ends.

What this is…

Direct, field-based encounter with living landscape. The land herself is the teacher. Perceptual, somatic, and spiritual engagement in real time, in real weather, in a real place.

What it is not…

This is not classroom learning relocated outdoors. It is not about nature as a backdrop or resource. And it is not the same as journaling or artistic practice — though those may arise naturally within it.
